– EC service dual fuel pulverized coal burner is an H-shaped burner based on the axial flow fan. Abstract simulation frequency and pressure dual-control technology are applied to this series to widen the adjustable range.
– Its axial bellow and turbine mixer design enhance flame strength and improve combustion efficiency largely.
– The silencer is designed integrally. It reduces noise and applies aesthetic application technology.
– The burner is connected by a straight section cylindrical mode. Its pallet is movable and the structure is simple, so it is easy to move and maintain and the failure rate is low.
– Fuel and oxygen are computed and supplied by independent digit, and the ratio is computed respectively by PLC, so its efficiency and reliability are much higher.
– The fuel oil is supplied at low oil pressure and low air atomizing pressure, and poor oil is also applicable; the fuel gas is applied by gas ring atomizing, so it improves efficiency and reduces emission.
– Applicable fuel: gas, light oil, oil mixture, heavy/residual oil, oil/gas multipurpose, etc.
– This series of burners is applicable for model 500-5000 asphalt mixing plant. It is an ideal product for the asphalt mixing plant.
